Frequently Asked Questions

+ How long can I book the Glamp for?

We have options for a 4-hour booking or an overnight stay with conditions applied. Should you only be booking it at a later timing for our Overnight Packages, do kindly inform us. Price remains the same.

+ How advance must I book for a Glamp? Do you accept last minute bookings?

Glamp tents are best booked 3-4 weeks in advance from your preferred date. We do accept last minute bookings based on availability and camping permit slots. Feel free to contact us on our available slots.

+ Do you accept bookings on Public Holidays too?

Yes, we do! Most of the parks would be packed due to the holidays. We can only try our best to setup earlier to ensure that our customers get a good spot.

Public Holidays are an additional cost of $10 to your booking. We encourage you to book in advance to secure your slot since camping permits will be on high demand.

+ How do I book for a camping permit?

‘Fraid not, we will book it for you! If you would like to extend your overnight stay for a few more hours, you may book for your own camping permit. Most often camping permits are booked by clients for weekday events. Kindly inform us and we will guide you through.

+ Where can it be held?

Our Glamp venues are up for booking at East Coast Park (Area G & D).

*We provide Glamps for landed property houses (backyard/spacious areas) as well at an additional cost. We will advise accordingly upon such requests.

+ How do I go about making payment? Is there a deposit?

Once you submit your booking, we will provide you the final cost along with the payment method via email. A deposit of $70 can be made to reserve your dates. Remaining payment is to be made at least 1 week before the event date.

+ Does the Glamping Package comes with food?

No. We would advise clients to arrange their own meals as we will be on schedule and would not want to promise any food arrangements.

*If you are bringing your own food items, kindly bring your own disposable tablewares (for non-Halal goods & alcohol consumption). We seek for your kind understanding on this.

+ Am I allowed to change/cancel my booking dates?

There should not be any cancellations once payment/deposit has been made. There are no refunds for cancellations as camping permit has been booked. We allow rescheduling of your stay at an additional cost. New dates are to be made known to us at least 2 weeks from the preferred date and subjected to our availability.

Any difference from the initial costs are non-refundable for changes implemented to your booking.

+ What if it rains on the day of my booking?

We will delay your booking time until your Glamp is ready should there be any interruption during the setup of your accommodation.

If it rains midway if your booking, no worries! Our Glamps are waterproof & able to withstand the rain. However, we greatly appreciate your help to zip up the entrance and windows to avoid rainwater from entering. No refunds will be given in any circumstances.

+ Do I have to clean the Glamp before I leave?

We would greatly appreciate it you could dispose of any trash at nearby trashbins & ensure that items are placed back at its designated spots.

+ Is there Wi-Fi and electrical supplies in your Glamp tents?

No, we do not provide any source of electricity and Wi-Fi on site. Our light source comes from battery-operated fairylights and LED candles.

+ Are there other Take-Notes during my booking?

We will be providing an E-Doc on regulations or brief instructions before your event. We will provide you a contact to liaise with on the event day as well.
